May 7, 2009 · Comments Off

Summary of the Undressed Network of Blogs

Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Professional OR any Business

IT’S ABOUT FINDING YOU!

Through the internet, Blogs have the greatest power to CONNECT you to the most people possible that can become your CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS and advocates. Grow your reputation along with name recognition of your company.  It gives you a platform to educate and show others what you do, through stories, examples and pictures. It is about the POWER of our NETWORK, which has much more power than any individual blog or website. It is about people FINDING YOU.

Being found on the internet is something you can pay a lot of money for.

Blog has come from the word “Web Log”. It is shorter and easier to say. Blogs are now a BIG DEAL. A Blog is like a website, but it is very easy to change and add information, pictures, AND EVERYTHING you post on it will be there for people to find out about your business FOREVER. You just keep adding to it.  The last post is at the top, in reverse chronological order.  You are in control. Blogs are very “Google friendly” making it more likely that you will reach your desired audience.

Our network of blogs gives you an even better chance of rising to the top of Google if someone searches for your type of business in your neighborhood. We know what to do!

We teach what to do, what not to do and how to do it.

A true story from one of our bloggers: “ so I told him about the Undressed Blog idea for his company. He was arguing with me that there was no way he could get on the first page with a blog when they pay thousands to Google to be put there. Well, I wrote an article on my blog about his business, and within 20 minutes he was on the first page for several searches and sometimes twice AND above his paid ad! He was ticked but, he wants an Undressed blog and to advertise on my blog!”

NeighborhoodsUndressed.com (a dba of CiUn – Consumer Information Undressed Network) Undressed, as in, Expose Your Business to the World! Absolutely G rated!

We have 3 different levels of blogs:  Blowout Blogs, Power Blogs, Extreme Blogs. Different prices, different features but all are TODAY’S way of advertising.

Check out some of our Undressed Blogs: www.IssaquahUndressed.com; www.IssaquahHighlandsUndressed.com; www.IssaquahGrangeUndressed.com;  www.GigHarborUndressed.com; www.BurienUndressed.com; www.KenmooreUndressed.com; www.NewcastleUndressed.com; www.EdmondsUndressed.com; www.SouthSoundUndressed.com; www.PuyallupUndressed.com  …………It goes on and on. These are just a few.

In addition to promoting your own business, we provide ways for our bloggers to make money in other ways. The Extreme Blog could be a full time job and income if one desired to make it so. For information on all our blogs Call Larry Cragun  206-618-3724.

To be effective in getting readers to return often and to be considered their friend in the computer, you must provide something of value to them. What do people want to read about? Interesting things! If you just use your blog to do a sales job, they will stop coming to your site. Visit some of the other undressed sites to see which ones do this effectively. Those that give the most get the most in return. They won’t come back to be blasted with a pitch. Blog are a soft sell and one reason they are popular.

Name Your Blog

May 5, 2009 · Comments Off

WHAT’S IN A NAME?

The answer is A LOT.

Reminder:  in The Undressed Network, it and the content must be G Rated

To capitalize on internet marketing you need to choose the name of your blog wisely. Remember Google can be your best friend.  There are many cities, towns and neighborhoods in our Undressed Network. That being said if you choose SanDiegoUndressed.com you are competing with 147 million other selections as Google searches. If you pick a more local name such as Oceanside, CA that has only 1.6 million to compete against. If you choose a smaller or even more specific name the search will be even easier to come to the top of searches even in a network.  If you are a Realtor you should focus on the area you are active in (or want to be active in) and choose a name that people might search for.

What if you are not a Realtor but want to market a business?  You could still target an area such as Issaquah Insurance Undressed rather than Insurance Undressed.  Or you could use Earthquake Insurance Undressed, there are not many companies handling that so your chances of being found increase. (Only good if you sell Earthquake insurance, that is)!

One our bloggers focuses on Childrens Charities Undressed and helps promote their fund raising and public awareness of the different charities.  She is not selling anything but helping others that need the services her blog undresses. Does she get links, you bet.

Consider these tips when choosing your name. Also, note that anything can be “undressed.”

Keywords are also important, that topic will be addressed in another article.

We have what we call super users that care about the network and offer their insights. They help with online training.

The success of each of the bloggers in the Undressed Network helps to build success for everyone else.

Three Levels of Blogs

May 4, 2009 · Comments Off

Three Kinds of Blogs, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

One size does not fit all. It depends on what you want to do with it. All must be G-rated

This is not a description of all the benefits of our blogs. There are many other benefits, such as links, etc. This is just a way for potential bloggers to have information to select the most appropriate blog.

We Offer three blog categories and 3 prices:

Extreme: $675.00 and $100.00 per month

Power: $375.00 and $50.00 per month

Blowout: $75.00 and $25.00

Through the internet, Blogs have the greatest power to CONNECT you to the most people possible that can become your CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS and advocate. Grow your reputation along with name recognition and brand of your company.  It gives you a platform to educate and show others what you do, through stories, examples and pictures. It is about the POWER of our NETWORK, which has much more power than any individual blog or website. It is about people FINDING YOU. Our Extreme Blog does it best!

EXTREME BLOGS:

Extreme Blogs have access to extensive training programs and have a second blog called the Merchants Page.

Extreme Blogs can recruit new Blowout Blogs, Power Blogs and Extreme Blogs to the Undressed Network and receive  compensation for doing it.

Extreme Blogs have the potential to provide addtional income to the blogger while he advertises and builds up a main business, or if one so chooses it could be a full time occupation and income, through the Merchants Page and earning commissions for bringing in new bloggers for CiUn Inc.

A Merchants Page is for the purpose of selling advertising for other businesses on your blog and getting paid for it. The way we do it, it does not clutter up your blog and it adds addtional Google power AND gives you ways to connect with others in your community.

Extreme Blog is really two blogs, a combo of a Power Blog and a Merchants Page. The Extreme Blog level can feature their own Merchant’s Page on their blog. They can also add a Merchant Page Link on any blogs they sponsor (bring in) and get the revenue (or share it with the blogger, if that blogger helps acquire the advertising).

All Blogs have a Home Search, with leads going to a Real Estate Agent If desired, Real Estate Extreme Blogs may select a home search of their choice. If not a Real Estate Agent, the Extreme Blogger may give or rent that lead position to an agent of their choice.

Likewise, the right to the Mortgage leads from Rate Window can be granted or rented to a qualified (licensed Loan Officer or Broker) person of the Extreme Bloggers choice. If desired, Extreme Blogs may replace Rate Window with a mortgage ad/link of their choice. The default if unassigned is CIUN Inc.

Advertisements are currently under development that will appear on the Blogs. These may appear on all the blogs but on the Extreme Blogs at the bloggers option, they are not mandatory on the Extreme Blog, but there are advantages, such as leads.

Extreme Blogs have the greatest power to CONNECT you with many people who can become your CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS or FELLOW BLOGGER.

CiUn will provide you with the 1st year Pro Flickr Account, the best way to get photos into your blog, as well as build up an archive of photos. The photos used in the blogs MUST remain accessible even if the blogger leaves the network.

Extreme Blogs have all the rights of the Power Blogs plus ALL the above.

POWER BLOGS:

Power Blogs have access to the same training as the Extreme Blogs, but would not include Merchant page training.

Power Blogs can recruit new Blowout Blogs, Power Blogs and Extreme Blogs to the Undressed Network and make money for doing it.

Power Blogs have the potential to provide addtional income to the blogger while he builds up a main business through earning commissions for bringing new bloggers into the network.

Power Blogs don’t have a Merchants Page of their own, but all Power Blogs can be upgraded when they desire to have their own Merchants Page.

All Power Blogs have a Home Search, with leads going to a Real Estate Agent If desired, Real Estate Extreme Blogs may select a home search of their choice. If not a Real Estate Agent, the Power Blogger may give or rent that lead position to a qualified agent of their choice. If the blogger is a Mortgage Broker or Loan Officer, they can control the leads of Rate Window. If not a Mortgage Professional they may rent or assign that position to one qualified. If not assigned, it would go to CiUn.

If Blogger is in another business they may place and control leads from two approved advertisers of their choice. OR they could rent or assign the RE and Mortgage links to approved professionals. All Real Estate and Mortgage Leads would go to CiUn if unassigned.

CiUn will provide you with the first year Flickr Pro Account. Flickr is the best way to add photos to your blog, as well as build up an archive of photos. The photos used in the blogs MUST remain accessible even if the blogger leaves the network.

BLOWOUT BLOGS:

BLOWOUT Blog training will consist of online Webinars and access to written training manuals on our training site. It will tell you what you need to know to blog effectively.

Blowout Blogs enable the bloggers to promote their business, build their client base and benefit from the power of the Undressed Network to get their BUSINESS noticed and found by search engines such as Google. It is an excellant way to start blogging.

Blowout Bloggers may earn commissions for selling Blowout, Power or Extreme Blogs.

If the Blowout Blogger is a Real Estate Agent, they may have the Real Estate leads from their blogs,  If Estately is used the  referral fee from closed sales would be 25% to Estately. An agent may replace Estately with a home search of their choice.  If the blogger is not an agent, the Real Estate leads will go to CiUn Inc. A Home Search is on all blogs. In the Blowout Blog the Blogger would control the Home Search OR the Mortgage Leads but not both.

If the Blowout Blogger is a Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker, the blogger may have the mortgage leads from Rate Window, or replace with a mortgage ad/link of their choice. There is a lead fee from Rate Window. If the blogger is not a mortgage professional these leads will go to CiUn.

If Blowout Bloggers are in another business they may place and control leads from ONE approved advertiser of their choice. OR they can rent or assign ONE of either the Real Estate or Mortage links to approved professionals. All Real Estate and Mortgage Leads would go to CiUn Inc. if unassigned.

Blowout Bloggers can upgrade to Power or Extreme Blogs and benefit by earning greater commissions and more control of the advertising positions on their site.

Blowout Blogs can have a Merchants Page, however the income and control of that advertising will go to the Extreme Blog leader or CiUn Inc.  The Blowout Bloggers can make arrangements with the leader to share in this benefit if they bring advertisers on board. This will be at the discretion of the Extreme Blog leader. Other advertisements may be placed on Blowout Blogs at the discretion of CiUn Inc.

Blowout Blogs will be required to obtain a Flickr Account(there is both free and pro accounts). Flickr is the way to get pictures into your blog, as well as build up an archive of photos. The photos used in the blogs MUST remain accessible even if the blogger leaves the network.
